Dr. Aseem R. Srivastava is a highly accomplished Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon and currently serves as the Chief of Pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery at Artemis Hospital, Gurugram. With decades of experience, he is widely respected for his surgical precision and dedication to compassionate pediatric care.

Dr. Srivastava began his medical journey with an MBBS from GSVM Medical College under CSJM University, Kanpur. He pursued his M.S. in General Surgery from the prestigious King George Medical University, Lucknow, followed by an M.Ch in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery from GB Pant Hospital, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi.

He received advanced training in Pediatric and Neonatal Cardiac Surgery from two of the world’s leading institutions — The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC, USA. He also trained in Robotic and Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery at the East Carolina Heart Institute, North Carolina.

Over the years, Dr. Srivastava has been part of some of the most renowned pediatric cardiac surgery programs in the United States. He has developed a special expertise in reconstructive heart procedures for neonates and infants, and is a strong advocate for early corrective surgeries to enhance long-term outcomes. His proficiency in minimally invasive techniques, particularly for mitral and aortic valve surgeries, is widely recognized.
